Our sales agent was extremely helpful. He was easy-going and pleasant to work with as my wife and I explored the possibility of purchasing a manufactured home for our two-acre lot just south of Phoenix. We knew what floor plan we were interested in and he helped us put the whole thing together. He patiently spent the time to show us what our options were for changes to floor plans, lengthening the house, choices for kitchen cabinets, linoleum, carpeting, lights, etc. We were not sure if we would be able to pull this off but the more we worked with out sales agent, the more feasible this became.
Our sales agent helped us work out the details to finance the purchase of our new home through your lender advice. This was complicated by the fact that we had to sell another property before we could finalize the purchase of our new home. He was very knowlegeable about financing packages and helped us find one that was right for our financial situation through the advice of MHLSOnline.
I have recommended them to several of our friends who have expressed interest in purchasing a manufactured home through MHLSOnline. Just do it!!
